1 heaped teaspoon per cup - 80° water - max 3 mins - without milk

I didn't think much of this tea, until I realised I had been brewing it at 100 degrees instead of 80. As soon as I tried that, the flavours were much more pronounced. Almond can quickly be overpowering in a tea but not here. Balanced perfectly. I haven't tried this one cold brewed yet, but I think that might taste lovely too.

I wasn't sure I was going to love this, since I'm not a big fan of almond flavored things (i.e. amaretto). Turns out a I am a big fan of this. There are large slices of almond in the blend, something I would never have thought of. This brews to the perfect combo of cherry with an almond scent and mild flavor. Super delicious!

AMAZING
I love this tea so much! It is really packed with flavour and has got a lot of cherries in it. Also, it's very helpful that they put the instructions on the packaging for your perfect cup of tea
Exceedingly Good!
LOVE this tea! I put a bit more than 1 teaspoon in to make it stronger, but no denying the quality of the brew! Always sure to get others interested too as it’s such a recognise-able smell
Not quite there ...
Smells like you'd imagine and it's plenty sweet but perhaps I haven't found the right way to brew it. Not quite a staple choice but it's a good go to for some variety.

Pleasant but not as strong and sweet as I hoped. I prefer the Rhubarb & Custard
Perfect Iced Tea
Oh man, this tea is the prefect blend of delicate but with enough flavor to really enjoy it. We tore through the pitcher of iced tea I made in about two days. Will definitely be buying more of this!
Very refreshing and tasty tea
This is my favourite blend by far! It's got loads of flavour and tastes really good as both a hot tea or iced tea.

I have not really liked whites tea in the past, but love Bakewell tart so decided to give this a go. I’m so glad I did. I will be buying this again.

This tea is not bad, but to be honest I expected more from it. The taste is too subtle for my liking.

WOW this tea is delicious and smells amazing too
This tea is already my favourite. I have had it a few times in my special teapot. Cant wait to have visitors round so that I can make a pot. The ingredients are top notch and as I said in the title 'delicious and smells amazing too' - a lot of teas dont taste like they smell but this one absolutely does. Will def be buying again when I run out. 100% recommend. I also love that Ive bought from a smaller/independent company rather than a big company. You also cant get the flavours and choices that Bird and Blend offer. Love love love...Read more
A-Maaaaaaazing! Smooth and delicious
Well, this is my first try of Bird & Blend and I am Super impressed. Will definitely be buying more. I used a couple of heaped teaspoons and just over half filled my teapot, left it to brew and DELICIOUS!! So many flavours to choose from and if they're all as good as this one then WOW
