Often teas smell delicious and then disappoint when you take a sip. This is not one of those teas! Eton Mess smells fruity, then backs up the scent with lovely fruity flavors and finishes with creamy notes. The flavors are natural tasting and balanced, no sugar needed. Great hot or cold!

I found Bird and Blend on vacation to London from the US a couple of years ago and have been hooked ever since. I tried Eton Mess first in the chocolate bar- which if you have not had, you need to try it!- and wanted to try the tea. A-MAZ-ING. So worth the international shipping.

Tastes wonderful when cold brewed.
Not such a mess!
This tea smells absolutely gorgeous and tastes pretty close to the scent (unlike some teas!). It is fruity, creamy and tastes gorgeous. It comes out a reddish colour and definitely tastes like Eton Mess. I bought a few teas from Bird & Blend and this one was my fave!

Delightful warm brew
Just gorgeous
I've found a lot of teas don't live up to the hype but I figured I'd give this one a go and I was not disapointed. Will it replace tucking into an actual eton mess? No. But given it is a water based drink trying to emulate a cream based dessert, it gets really close flavour wise and it is genuinely tasty in its own right. Worth every penny.
Sweet Treat
This is one of my favs. It satisfies that after-dinner sweet tooth without ruining my diet. Fruity and delicious, it's always in my cabinet.
Fruity tea but not for me
When I opened the bag the smell was amazing. A myriad of summer berry delights. The bouquet continued into brewing so I had high hopes for this tea. When I tried it the berries where very strong. I feel this is definitely more of an ice tea. The hibiscus started to go a bit mental leaving a slightly bitter aftertaste. Not a huge issue but didn't give me my usual wow factor. This is my absolute favorite cold brew tea! I went through my first tin really fast! Highly recommend it!

It is sweet and delicious, definitely worth getting one for your cupboard.
Summer in a mug!
This is my favorite iced tea. I make sure I have this tea in my pantry when summer comes along. I brew it like "normal", add sweetener and let it cool. Pour in a tall glass, add icecubes and voila! The best cold drink you can ask for! It's of course just as tasty warm in a mug. I've never tried actual Eton Mess, but I bet this tea tastes just like it.

Hands down, by far, my favorite tea ever. It smells SO GOOD. I’ve ordered three times since December.

I am addicted to cold brew tea and try a different flavour each time. but I might be getting this one again. As I am now working from home I am drinking more of this than normal, which is great.
Eton delicious mess!
Hands down the best fruit infusion I’ve ever had! I wouldn't hesitate to purchase again! I cold steeped every time I’ve had it. It combines delicious fruit flavors with a creaminess that cant be matched! Like drinking a fruity dessert.
