HOW TO MAKE ICED TEA
Step 1. Use twice as much tea as you would for a hot cup & use half as much water! Brew as normal using recommended steeping time and water temperature on tea.
Step 2. Once your tea has brewed, strain and leave to cool for 5 mins (or speed this process up by adding in ice cubes)
Step 3. Fill a glass with ice & pour your tea in.
Step 4. Top with sparkling water or lemonade and garnish with some fresh (or frozen) fruit.

This is my favourite cold brew. It is refreshing and so peachy. I love brewing it up overnight in lemonade and it really makes the flavours zing. Wonderful summer drink and I think adding gin to it as a fruity cocktail would be divine.

The best cold brew tea Bird & Blend has ever done? Possibly!
I got a small bag, just to try it, but it was so good, I immediately ordered a whole tin! This tea is wonderful cold brewed with a touch of agave nectar. Made it for guests and they were just as impressed. It's super fruity and flavourful making it great for mixing in a cocktail even!

This is smooth and sweet and bursting with flavour. My son's gf recommended it and I can see why. I recommend this to my weight loss clients as its soooo satisfying and over ice its nicer than a G&T
A thoroughly satisfying summertime brew
As of press time, there's a jug of this in my fridge. This is something I hope to maintain for the duration of the hot weather. Goodness me, it's nice. I'd go so far as to say it's the nicest peachy-type of iced tea I've had! It's fragrant and juicy and zesty and refreshing. I absolutely love it.
Fresh and Fruity
A lovely fruity start to the day especially in this hot weather. A definite new favourite for me as it doesn't taste like a random mix of fruits which most off the shelf teas taste like. A real winner for me.

Tasty but too much hibiscus for me
I did like this tea, but there was a bit too much hibiscus for my personal preference, made the tea taste a too sherbety.
Fantastic Flavour!
We tried this in your store in Brighton and bought a tester pouch, bought a 50g one soon after, and our next purchase will definitely be a big tin! This is such a refreshing drink iced, and also goes wonderfully with lemonade! I have a feeling that however many bird and blend teas we try, we'll always come back to peach and orange.

My expectations were surpassed
As someone who tends to enjoy peach iced tea but has never made it, I thought I would give a try, and as the addition of the orange sounded really interesting! To be honest, my expectations were surpassed. This tea had a really good strength of flavour - strong enough to be really tasty but without it being overpowering. It also had just the right amount of sweetness, in my opinion, at least, which was a pleasant surprise!
