Decant 3/4 of the tea leaves to save for later, then with the remaining 1/4 of tea, fill the bottle with your gin of choice, shake & leave for 48 hours. Serve neat over ice, with a slice of lemon or orange. Or top with lemonade or tonic. Add honey or sugar to sweeten if desired.
You can also use vodka, rum or any other spirit of choice.

Bought for a present and also luckily got to share! It’s a great idea for anyone that loves flavoured gin, especially rhubarb. It was easy to do and tasted amazing. Really well packed and arrived quickly. Would definitely recommend and will buy from again. Many thanks!

Delicious, but a bit fiddly!
The Rhubarb & Custard tea is brilliant so no wonder it works as a flavour for gin too. Only problem is where you're supposed to keep the remaining three quarters of tea while you're 'brewing' your cocktail and how fiddly it is to get in/out of the bottle.
