We are proud to announce that our expert Tea Mixologists have created the UK’s first flavoured Matcha Collection in some of their favourite flavours using natural ingredients and all hand blended at our HQ in Brighton.

Bought this for my boyfriends birthday alongside "Black Magic" and we've both loved making black and blue lattes and creating funky looking drinks. They taste delicious too (we have ours with oat milk!). Bird & Blend were also seem-less to order from and even gave some freebee tea-bags in my delivery box, thanks guys!

I’ve always liked matcha tea but this is a whole other experience. I’m completely addicted now and there is no other way to start my day. I will definitely be buying more flavours but mermaid will always be my favourite! Magical

Really beautiful and smooth matcha. When I make an iced matcha latte with soy milk, it takes just like cake!

I bought this flavour after trying a sample from another order and completely fell in love with it! it has a really nice subtle flavour which isn’t too overwhelming and i will most definitely be purchasing it again!!

Sublime
Was hesitant to get this matcha as it seemed a bit out there to me, but its honestly the best next to peaches and cream. As someone who loves matcha but can sometimes find it overpowering this sweeter matcha is perfect for me in either oat milk or normal milk depending on my mood.

Morning Go-To!
I absolutely love the mermaid matcha... ever since I bought it, I have not ordered coffee/espresso because I haven't felt the need. This matcha has improved my concentration and focus throughout the day and it tastes great (especially steamed as a latte with coconut milk)!

This matcha is so good hot or cold, in baking or a drink! It’s so good and can be so easy to make, the blue pea flower gives it a very mesmerising colour and makes it look so cool. I would really recommend it, it’s one of my favourites !

This is the first one of the matcha teas that I tried and I think it's probably my favourite. It's so smooth and delicious. I drink it like a latte with oat milk. Who needs coffee when you can have matcha?!

This is a yummy and fun tea because of the beautiful teal color. I drink it iced with vanilla soy milk. It tastes similar to ice cream matcha to me. I love this matcha!
All-time favourite
If you like the Blue Raspberry green tea, you will LOVE Mermaid Matcha. You can make it into a latte too, but my favourite is popping a slice of lemon in and watch it change colour
Funky matcha
Tried this in the matcha advent calendar and loved it so bought a full size tin. Makes a lovely smooth drink with oat milk. Also looks cool!
