Delightful way to try new Matcha flavours

This arrived right as the COVID-19 quarantine kicked in and I am delighted to start working from home in the morning with a cup of interesting matcha. I LOVE the Mermaid matcha and am enjoying discovering the other flavors. The Turmeric Tea powder makes a lovely night time brew as well. Definitely recommend for those looking to branch out and try something new.

Great starter collection
I normally just buy plain matcha and didn't want to buy a whole big bag of flavoured matcha I might not like - these are great size pots to try out a bunch of different flavours and because you don't need much to make it lasts longer than you'd think.
My favourite is black magic or mermaid.
Great way to try matcha
Really wasn't sure if matcha was going to be for me but the colours looked fab so had to try. Enough of each flavour to have a few drinks and I'm already converted to an iced matcha on my morning commute :) Mermaid matcha is a strong favourite!
another splendid sampler
First off: I love the packaging for these. The tiny tins are snugly nestled in their tube, and they're sooo cute! I think they'll come in handy for taking a little matcha with me on holiday this summer as well. As for the flavours: I'd tried a few of these before, and was super excited to try the new ones. Turmeric is earthy and spiced and really nice in warm oat milk (my nondairy milk of choice) before bedtime. Mermaid is also lovely in oat milk, with a light, creamy flavour, and makes me feel like I'm drinking the blue milk from Star Wars. Black magic has a subtly cocoa'd flavour and makes anything you mix it with into Goth Juice. Passionfruit and orange is sooooo good in lemonade, so summery and zippy and luscious. And pina colada! To me it has the smell of some kind of sweets that give me nostalgia for my 80s upbringing back in Canada, but I absolutely can't put my finger on what they are. And then the taste is perfectly pina colada. Love 'em all!...Read more
