This matcha resembles Shrek's swamp water but don't judge a brew by its colour! One cup packs double the antioxidants... with spirulina AND matcha!

Unexpectedly Amazing

This was my first matcha from Bird & Blend. At first the lavender is the primary scent when you start to make it, but once the water hits the powder, the lime is just like “BAM”! I think I did a double take because I wasn’t expecting it to taste so good. The lavender and lime have a great balance and I will definitely be reordering this one in a bigger container!

I stumbled across this as I tried a sample that was already made up in our shop in Bristol and I'm particularly fond of the cold brews. I make it up with gently warmed Rice Dream or Oak or Soya Milk and seriously, it's seriously delicious. And super healthy. An allround win...

I immediately ordered another tin after trying this because I knew it was going to be gone within a couple of weeks. I like to make this up with lemonade and a squeeze of lemon. So tasty and refreshing. Definitely one of my new matcha favourites.

Wonderfully weird
The description ´weird & wonderful flavours´ really describes it the best. This matcha tastes lovely but I would not be able to pinpoint any specific flavours. Not that it is a bad sign. It just means all the flavours are working together nicely. The deep green colour is fun and I do enjoy drinking it.
