Matcha powder
Would really recommend buying this matcha powder, especially if you want to bake with it. I personally use it in my porridge with blueberries, jam and oatmilk.
The delivery came quick, especially during the current lockdown circumstances, and it was really nice that they threw in a couple of other teabags to try.

Macha Hit!
I have been ordering Matcha from the Bird&Blend ever since my friend sent me their delicious Ice cream flavor Matcha which is a hit with the whole family, including grumpy teen boy! Instead of my 11 o'clock cuppa tea I now have a Matcha with Oat Milk( lower in cals!) and its a real pick me up.

Not only delicious, but zingily (yes, I’ve decided that’s a word) energising. Gives you a nice awake feeling, rather than the shakes paranoia that coffee gives me. Dee-lish. And the bamboo whisk really does make it creamier, even though you feel a bit vamp using it in the work kitchen (you get over it the first time you’re caught using it - just own it).

Enjoying my tea very Matcha
After a helpful introduction to the many many teas Bluebird has to offer in store, I've been hooked on Pure Grade Matcha ever since. My personal method, using my coffee machine's milk mixer to make latte milk with some brewed up tea creates a very tasty Matcha Latte, combine that with a small dollop of Agave nectar syrup to sweeten the mix, makes for the perfect morning (or even afternoon) tea.
