I'm not personally a fan of the smokey taste sadly, hence why I can't give 5*, however even I have to appreciate the distinct flavours that come across in this tea. Creamy caramel, delicate toffee apple & impressive smokiness... I could smell this tea all day! Exactly what it says on the tin & then some. I just wish the smokiness agreed with me personally! Thank you for the sample ❤️

OG Bluebird Classic!
This was my first Bird&Blend tea and the one that made me try out all the others! It holds a special place in my heart, and even though it's a very unique, not "everyday" flavour, it always takes me back to a happy time in my life. All the notes come through, from the caramely-apple to the distinct and smoky Lapsang Souchong. A joy to smell, drink, and experience!
Delicious when mixed
To smoky flavor is not something that I usually like. I tried this at first alone, and didn't enjoy it. The spiced smokey didn't agree with me. I do not like spiced teas, or smokey ones either. In a whim, I mixed it with a blood orange blend and it is surprisingly delicious. One of my go to's after I come home from work. The smokey flavor is downgraded a tad, and the citrus works so well with the toffee. Blood orange needs to be a flavor that B&b offers, I would order it to go with the bonfire tofire toffee everytime....Read more

Thanks to Hannah for this delicious sample. Based off description this is definitely not a tea I would choose for myself, but I'm a huge fan! The smoke doesn't overpower the apple's flavour at all and it works so well. Definitely a cosy winter cuppa

The perfect balance of everything, it is sweet, fruity & smokey.
Chai this!
If you're a fan of chai, this makes a cracking autumn cuppa for a walk in the park. Add a little bit of black tea to the pan with it for a bit more ooph. Love it!
Perfect, sweet smokiness
I've had Lapsang Souchong before and liked it, but never an additionally flavoured smoky tea. Therefore I was a little hesitant and only bought a 20g pouch from the Angel shop in London.
I shouldn't have. This was such an amazing surprise! Bonfire Toffee is smokey toffee apple perfection.
The mellow flavour of the apple isn't overpowered by the notes of smoke, and it isn't too sweet either. If I sometimes add a little sweetener, I also put a splash of milk in to turn this into a deliciously creamy dessert with wood aromas.
This complex, balanced blend reminds me of a warm, fruity, sweet Scotch - coming along as a tea! Love it. Will need to buy more....Read more
Love this Tea
Absolutely wonderful tea! The toffee and apple notes come right through, even after I've added my dose of half and half. Definitely recommend this one to anybody looking for a comforting mug of tea.
Autumnally Awesome!
I was afraid the smokiness might overpower the toffy apple flavour, but it really doesn't! It's a perfectly balanced bonfire night in a cup. An absolute treat!

Perfectly named tea and cozy!
Smells like your fondest memories sitting at a campfire or huddling around bonfire in November. Tastes like sweet caramelized apples with smokey notes that are beautiful together. Feels cozy and warming. This isn't a tea I expected to like and completely fallen in love with it.

Smokey toffee apple!
Wow! Kudos to the team for mixing up the ultimate toasted toffee apple flavor. It's got a lovely smell, sweet butterscotch but then you brew the tea and you're hit with a heavy smokey taste. It's too smokey for my taste but a good mix none the less.
Lovely smokey tea!!
I was pleasantly surprised by this tea, I was intrigued by the description of the smokey flavour and thought I'd try something new. There's a lovely sweet toffee apple flavour and a strong smokey flavour too. Really unusual and unlike anything I've tried before but so delicious!

Never Take this Tea Away!
OK, I'll be the first to admit I ordered this as a bit of a gamble. Little did I realise I was clicking my way towards my new most favourite tea ever!
Delicious with or without milk, or reduced with sugar and used to make a smouldering toffee appletini. Think bonfire night apple pie, think...think, think I'll go make myself another cup.
A Cup of Autumn
I bought this for my Other half to try as he loves Smoky Russian, I thought it would be nice for him to try a different thing. (Its really not my thing but I did have a sip) its slightly smoky, and the caramel and apple really makes you think of toffee apples next to a bonfire. I find smoky teas very heavy and heady, but this one is very light, the smoke isnt overpowering and the delicate apple flavour is really complimented by it....Read more
Smoky, sweet and soooooo yummy!
I absolutely love this tea! It's smoky and sweet and perfect with milk and crying out for a biscuit to be dunked. I will definitely be ordering some more.
