VGingerbread Chai is one of the first blends we created and truly is one of our most loved teas - our hero chai blend! We're super excited to share with you the revamped recipe with a flavour balance more in keeping with our signature Gingerbread latte - with those gorgeous brandy snap flavour notes. Originally inspired by our Nordic neighbours and their love for all things gingerbread - and so do we!

I got this as a gift and it started a whole new addiction to chai and Bird and Blend Tea. I love it in the evening without milk to warm up before sleep and at weekends full froth to indulge. Great tea!

I had this as a little sample in the shop with coconut milk. Super sweet and christmassy, I had to buy a bag the same day! This is so good with oat milk and sugar, so warm and comforting. A must for chai lovers
Wonderful Winter Warmer!
I decided to try this tea after enjoying Baby Spice, and knowing I have a love of Chai teas. Initially, I was uncertain, as I don't always like rooibos, but this tea is an absolute delight.
I enjoy it with honey, and I love the gentle spiciness of it and the warm sweet flavours! I would definitely recommend this tea to any chai lovers, and any lovers of spice. (I tend to brew it a little longer than suggested to get a good strong cup, and it's lovely)...Read more
Nah.
No matter which way I have this one - pure, with milk and honey, milk and sweetener, just milk, just sweetener - I only ever get rooibos and ginger. I was really hoping for more spices, especially since I love cardamom. Disappointing.

I'm not a fan of roobios, I find it bitter, but this gingerbread chai was like a warm hug, it is so good! Love this tea!

One of my favourites
My brother got me this last Christmas and I haven’t stopped drinking it since. It’s a hug in a mug, wonderfully spiced, and just so soothing. It’s delicious and everyone should try it
Nothing not to love

Middle of the road
This tea was nice, but perhaps not as gingery or as sweet as I was expecting. I made it as a usual hot tea with a diffuser but wonder if the taste would be improved by making it concentrated and creating a gingerbread chai latte out of it instead.
Lovely warming tea
This tea is lovely, especially makes me think of autumn/winter. I use it as an evening tea and the hint of spice is so good!

Beautifully sweet and more-ish!
This tea smells heavenly! It’s sweet but with a tiny bit of heat; I imagine this is the perfect tea for winter time, but I’ve been guzzling this during this bizarre lockdown summer and have been loving it. For me, it’s like a sweeter, more mellow little sister to traditional chai tea.
Sugar and spice and all things nice
I love a gingerbread latte and this feels like the tea version of that. Just the right balance with a gingerbread kick. I ended up going for a bigger bag of this and I haven’t regretted it. It’s a family favourite for us.
It’s alright
When I got this one, I had high hopes for it. However, when I first made it, I made it too weak, so then I decided next time to make it stronger. But then when I made it stronger, it just tasted bitter. I’m not sure if I did something wrong but not the one for me.
Caffeine-free chai!
This delivers all the lovely spiciness from a chai, without the caffeine kick of black tea! Even if you’re not a particular fan of rooibos, you’ll love this tea.
