Two Tums Up
Unlike the MANY MANY B&B teas I've ordered to feed my own personal tea addiction, this one was actually purchased for my IBS suffering spouse. He has it in the evenings a lot whenever his tummy is out of whack. I did taste it, and it's a perfectly nice Chinese tea blend with anise undercurrents, but really this is less about the taste and more about the benefits, which seem positive.

Perfect way to start the day, feel this one really sets me up for the day. My stomach is noticeable calmer and settled.
Lovely relaxing brew
This is my first time drinking pu'erh and ooloong tea and it is a really soothing and relaxing drink. The ginger and the fennel really balance each other out and its warming without being too much. Its a comforting drink when I'm stressed and its rapidly beomcing a favourite of mine.... fan stash next.
Weirdly Good
It tastes almost savory. It's really odd but surprisingly nice especially as I don't really like fennel. Think this one will become one of my daily choices to stave off the pre dinner munchies!

I love this tea!! As someone who's tummy is frequently upset by lactose intolerance and severe bloating this tea is an instant win. I have a cup straight after my evening meal and it allows a soothed, problem free evening!! Taste-wise very warming, not repulsive as some of the off the shelf digestion teas can be.

Great for after-dinner bloat
Got this as a gift last year and loved it so much it made me check out the brand. It's rare to find a digestive tea that tastes so good.
A little goes a long way
Need to be careful with serving size as I have overdone it in the past and ended up a bit jittery. I'm quite sensitive to caffeine though and usually have decaf, but make an exception for this tea. It is really soothing for the stomach, with an invigorating afterglow that sets in I guess from the boost in digestion. If you're feeling sluggish, or post-meal, this is a great one to have on hand.
What a lovely cuppa!!
This tea most certainly does what it says on the tin, being very effective as an aid to digestion. Lovely taste too so you don't have to drink something odd tasting to get the benefits.
Just a precautionary note though: the first time I had this I had it in the early evening and struggled to get to sleep later due to the caffeine content. Yes, yes, I know it's tea so that's fairly obvious but just bear it in mind. Thanks....Read more

Great for stomach cramps and bloatedness
I suffer from IBD and this tea has been a life saver. It helps with cramps, discomfort and bloatedness. It also tastes great, I’d recommend buying the 50g as well.

Oh my, why haven't I tried this before??! I was intrigued by the digestive properties of the ingredients, as I sometimes suffer with a poorly stomach, but when I tried it I was blown away by just how delicious it is! The tea blend is earthy and flavourful, and the ginger, ginseng and fennel give it a warm, comforting spiciness, like a German Christmas gingerbread. Subtly soothing
I recommend leaving this to infuse in your favourite teapot for a little longer than suggested, until the result is a beautiful amber colour. Feels soothing on the stomach - a good after dinner blend
Helps to soothe my stomach issues
This blend is what I always have to have in my cupboard, I have gallbladder issues & this tea helps without a doubt to settle my stomach. I’ve even told one of my clients about this blend & she has ordered the biggest bag of this because of its Properties & also because she likes the taste. It’s a no brainier
Perfect Cure for upset Tummy
I have suffered for years with an upset tummy after eating, I now know that i have over active acid :(

Soothes my IBS
My IBS is caused by gluten and stress, and this tea really calms it down. I was a bit skeptical as I don't like some of the individual ingredients such as fennel, but all together it really works! It's not too overpowering and I drink this even when I am not having an IBS attack as a sleepytime tea. I brew it for 3-4 minutes and add a splash of milk.
