Stores Re-opening - Latest Update!

We are excited to announce that we safely & cautiously reopened our Brighton store on the 4th June and we will also be opening our Bristol and Borough stores on Thursday 18th June.
We’ve been busy working on our plan to adjust to the 'new normal' and finding a way to open our stores, making sure it’s as safe as possible for our staff and customers which is, of course, our highest priority!
There will be a new at-the-door counter take away service, where you can order your favourite takeaway drinks, from a Unicorn Fizz to a tasty Iced Chai! We will also be working with Deliveroo so that you can order B&B drinks directly to your garden! Both of these options are only available in Brighton, you can go into our Bristol and Borough store but with a restriction on numbers. As well as take away drinks, you'll also be able to stock up on your usual loose leaf & tea bags, as well as new items from the Pantry, such as Baking Kits and Chocolate! Your Tea Mixologist will take your order at the door counter & quickly pack your tea order for you to take with you.
You can also call the store to place an order for collection (including same day, if you call before 3pm) or order online using the 'Collect in Store' option.

Initially, the Brighton and Brisol stores will be open: Thursday - Sunday from 11am to 4pm.
Borough will be open: Tuesday - Saturday from 11am to 4pm.
This way of working is all new to us (& you) and we want to make sure we get it right, so we will be constantly reviewing & tweaking the guidelines, with safety being paramount. Once we’ve found our feet, our plan is to open a few of our other stores (over the coming weeks) and we will, of course, keep you in the loop as we do this.
We are also thrilled to announce that we will be creating new 'virtual products' where you'll be able to enjoy tea workshops and consultations via a videolink with one of our trained Tea Mixologists. Sign up to our newsletter and socials to be the first to hear about these when they launch.
