Ice Cream & Sprinkles Matcha Latte
Have you been looking for a fun and colourful hot drink that's (almost) as sweet as you? Brighten up your day with this delighful Ice Cream Matcha & Sprinkles Latte made with coconut milk and maple syrup.

What you will need:
- 1 Perfect Spoon of Ice Cream Matcha
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp sprinkles
- A Bird & Blend Tea Co. mug
What to do:
1. First, put the coconut milk and water in a saucepan and heat (while whisking) until the milk is steaming.
2. Then, turn off the heat and add 1 Perfect Spoon of Ice Cream Matcha into the pan, and whisk until there are no clumps.
3. Now, pour into your mug and add in the maple syrup. Get stirring!
4. Finally, top with an extra sprinkle of matcha powder and a handful of colourful sprinkles.
5. Enjoy!
