Iced Pumpkin Spiced Chai Latte

Learn how to turn our fabulously autumnal Spiced Pumpkin Pie tea into an iced chai latte - now you can enjoy an Indie PSL all year round! 

 

Top tip: Add a splash of spiced rum for a fabulous tea cocktail!


What you will need:

  • Perfect Tea Spoons of Spiced Pumpkin Pie tea
  • Milk of your choice (we love oat milk in ours!)
  • 1 Perfect Tea Spoon of honey, maple syrup or the sweetener of your choice!
  • A sprinkle of nutmeg
  • A handful of ice

What to do:

1. Brew your Spiced Pumpkin Pie tea in 200ml of boiling water - be careful not to overbrew your tea, or it'll turn bitter! We find 3 mins to be the perfect brewing time for our Spiced Pumpkin Pie concentrate. Strain your tea and leave the concentrate to cool.

 

2. Into a cocktail shaker, add 100ml of your Spiced Pumpkin Pie concentrate plus your sweetener. Throw in a handful of ice and shake it up! 

 

3. Pour into a glass, top it off with your cold milk and sprinkle with a touch of nutmeg!

 

Top tip: For a lovely foamy iced latte, pour your milk into cocktail shaker with just a few cubes of ice and shake it up until you build a lovely froth!
