Mulled Matcha
Here’s the perfect winter warmer for those cosy Christmas nights! Our Mulled Matcha makes a wonderful non-alcoholic alternative to Mulled wine. All those lovely seasonal flavours just without the dreaded headache!

Serves: 4
What you will need:
- 3 Perfect Matcha Spoons of Mulled Matcha
- 400ml of pure apple juice
- 2 slices of dried orange
- 1 tbsp of dried cranberries
- 1 Perfect Tea Spoon of whole cloves
- 2 cinnamon sticks
What to do:
1. Using your Bamboo Matcha Whisk mix up 3 Perfect Matcha Spoons of Mulled Matcha with 200ml of boiling water.
2. Once mixed pop your matcha into a saucepan and add the apple juice.
3. Chuck in the extra spices and dried fruits (Feel free to mix these up, you don’t have to stick to the ones we chose!) and gently heat the mix for about 10 minutes being careful not to let it boil.
4. Once thoroughly warmed through pour into cups and serve!
