UV Unicorn Iced Tea
A new Spring drinks special coming in hot (well, cold). Our UV Unicorn Iced Tea is a delicious concoction of fan fave Blue Raspberry and our brand new Ultra Violet Matcha! It not only looks amazing, it's super tasty and refreshing!

What you will need:
- 1 Perfect Matcha Spoon of Ultra Violet Matcha
- 3 Perfect Tea Spoons of Blue Raspberry tea
- 1 shot of strawberry syrup (you can leave this our if you don't have any)
- 1 shot of lemon syrup (or lemon juice)
- Ice
What to do:
1. The first thing you need to do is brew your Blue Raspberry tea in 150ml of 80-degree water for 3 minutes. We find that the best way to do this is by using our Brewdini!
2. Whilst your tea is brewing, you can prepare your shot of matcha. To do this you need to take 1 Perfect Matcha Spoon of Ultra Violet and splash a little cold water on it and then add some boiling water. Take your Bamboo Matcha Whisk and whisk until there are no lumps.
3. Pour your matcha shot into your glass with a handful of ice and a shot of strawberry syrup. When your tea time has gone ding you will need to pour it into a shaker. Then, add a shot of lemon syrup (or lemon juice), ice + 100ml of water shake well!
4. After you've had a little dance around the kitchen, pour your tea carefully over the matcha and watch a beautiful gradient form.
