Butter Brew Irish Cream
The weekend calls for one thing, and one thing only... Butter Brew Irish Cream!! If you like the sound of a creamy, caramel whiskey, then this is the recipe for you!

Serves: 3
What you will need:
- 120g (1/2 cup) heavy cream
- 200g (7 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 200ml Irish whiskey
- 2 heaping Perfect Tea Spoons of Butter Brew
- 1/2 Perfect Tea Spoon of vanilla extract
What to do:
1. The first thing you need to do, place heavy cream in a small pot and heat on low until barely simmering. Add Butter Brew tea leaves and reduce heat to a minimum. Let steep for 8 minutes, mixing frequently.
2. Remove from the heat and strain out the tea leaves. Let cool completely.
3. Add sweetened condensed milk, Irish whiskey, steeped heavy cream and vanilla extract into a blender and blend for 30 seconds.
4. Transfer to a glass bottle or jar, cover and refrigerate for up to 1 month.
5. Shake before enjoying.
