Peach Soda Collins
You've been absolutely loving our Peach Soda tea, so why not turn it into the most refreshing cocktail? Replace the vodka with extra fruit juice and soda water to make this a mocktail!
Serves: 1
To make your cocktail, you will need:

- 50ml Vodka
- 25ml Lemon Juice
- 15ml Peach Soda Simple Syrup
- A splash of soda water
To make your Peach Soda simple syrup, you will need:

- 2 tbsp Peach Soda tea
- 250g water
- 250g sugar
What to do:
Peach Soda Simple Syrup:

Put the water, sugar and Peach Soda tea in a pan and bring to the boil.

Once it is at a rolling boil, keep an eye on it and leave it until it has reduced by about half.

Leave to cool a bit, and strain into an airtight container. This should make about 12 servings, and will last about 6 months in the fridge.
Vodka Peach Collins:

In a glass with ice, pour in the vodka, lemon juice and Peach Soda simple syrup. Stir thoroughly.

Top up with soda water and enjoy!
