Ginger Beer Tea Ice Lollies

Ginger Beer Tea Ice Lollies

It was while sipping on some Ginger Beer tea- a rooibos tea with a lime and ginger kick- that I thought up this recipe. It's a simple one with barely any ingredients, but it's perfect for hot summer days. Plus, it's especially good for anyone like me who suffers with nausea - a particularly nasty symptom to deal with when the weather is so hot and you can't face a hot ginger tea!

Recipe created by Emma's Looking Glass.

What you will need:

  • 2 perfect teaspoons of Ginger Beer Tea
  • 2 teaspoons of RAW Honey
  • 500ml of boiling water
  • Ice lolly moulds
  • Ice lolly sticks

This recipe makes 4 ice lollies!

What to do:

1. Start by boiling the water, add to the Ginger Beer Tea in a jug and stir. Let it brew for 4 minutes.

2. Add the honey and mix well. Using a tea strainer, strain the tea into another jug.

3. Let it cool a little before filling up your moulds. Once cool, pour into moulds and freeze for 24 hours.

Enjoy!
