The Sugar Plum Fairy Hot Toddy
The Sugar Plum Fairy has landed! What better way to enjoy this comforting tea then in the form of a hot toddy? Perfectly sweet and blended with hibiscus, juicy berries and cinnamon, this toddy will get you feeling all Christmassy. Get rid of the winter blues and snuggle up, Sugar Plum.
Serves: 1
What you will need:
- 15ml spiced rum
- 1tsp agave syrup or honey
- A squeeze of fresh lemon
- Sprig of rosemary for decoration
Method
1. Brew your Hey, Sugar Plum tea in 100° water for at least 4 minutes.
2. Once brewed, add the spiced rum, a drizzle of your chosen sweetner and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
3. To finish, pour into a glass and decorate with a sprig of rosemary, for added wintry aroma!
4. Enjoy!
