Chocolate and Salted Caramel Matcha Nice Cream
There's nothing like a cool ice cream on a warm Summer's afternoon. If you fancy a healthy sweet treat this is just the recipe for you. Learn how to make "Nice Cream" using frozen bananas and Salted Caramel Matcha.

What you will need:
- 1 Perfect Matcha Spoon of Salted Caramel Matcha.
- 2 bananas- chopped and frozen.
- 1 handful of chocolate chips.
- Crushed almonds or walnuts to top.
What to do:
1. Begin by slicing 2 bananas into small pieces. Once cut, place in the freezer until fully frozen.
2. Now blend the frozen banana slices in a high-speed blender until a soft-serve consistency is achieved. Note, don’t use a normal blender as there is a risk that it'll break!
3. Next, add 1 Perfect Matcha Spoon of Salted Caramel Matcha to your banana mixture and blend on a low speed until combined.
4. Once blended, add in a handful of chocolate chips and blend for a little while longer.
5. Serve in a bowl or mug and add your favourite toppings! We recommend crushed almonds or walnuts.
