Who sends my order? | Standard delivery & 1st class is delivered through Royal Mail. Next day delivery is delivered through UK Mail all other services are stated on your delivery option. |
Where's my order? | You will receive an email notifying you once your order has been shipped, the complete order status means that is has been shipped from Brighton. If you checked out with an account you can also check this status in your account area. Our couriers deliver a majority of orders on time, but occasionally some orders might be a bit delayed for reasons out of our control. Please allow up to an extra 3 working days on your standard delivery before contacting us. It is also worth checking with your neighbours / delivery office in case you missed a card. |
Can I track my order? | We offer one trackable service, this is the Next Day Tracked service, unfortunately, the rest of our shipping options are not trackable. |

If your teaware is un-used we can refund or exchange the item, if the item is used then our customer service team will try and solve the issue for you as best as we can! Unfortunately, we can't refund return postage costs, but we're working on this! |

How will you contact me about an item that has been returned to you? |
One of our lovely Teabirds will get in touch when your order is received back at HQ. They will try once again by email and telephone over the next two weeks. If after 3 weeks we have not been able to get hold of you, then we will send a final email letting you know that we will refund your order, minus the shipping cost and a small £5 admin fee, if we don’t hear back from you in 7 days. |
